Our mission is to improve the user experience of buildings and connect people with what they love in and around them.

District Technologies is a young startup based in London, which has already been recognised as one of the rising stars of smart cities / property tech. We provide Real Estate players with SaaS to upgrade their buildings to be ready for the smart city revolution. Our founding team has a strong track record in real estate, technology, and scaling digital products (coming from places like Uber, WeWork, The Crown Estate, Interchange and BCG Digital Ventures).

WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US?

Ok, here's the hard sell. Five great reasons for you to apply to District and revolutionise Real Estate with us

1. JOIN A TEAM OF WINNERS BACKED BY INDUSTRY PROS

Our team has grown businesses 10X, disrupted industries and raised millions in funding. Our investors, partners and clients have deep experience in Real Estate and believe we can win again!

2. DISRUPT THE BIGGEST INDUSTRY IN THE WORLD

The Real Estate industry is worth trillions of dollars worldwide, but often it just doesn't work for the users of buildings. Join us to disrupt it and make Real Estate work for real people.

3. DEFINE THE CULTURE, CREATE A MOVEMENT

We're early stage, so anything is possible! Be part of the team who was there when it started. We already have a (shared) office dog, Etta 🐩

4. WORK WITH WHATEVER TECH YOU WANT

We're strong believers you should use the right tool for the job, and we are a meritocracy. If you've got a better architecture, approach or tool, bring it with you!

5. BUILD FROM A ROCK-SOLID BASE

Joining an early stage start-up can be risky, but we're mitigating those risks. We are already generating revenue in month six of the business, raised an 18 month runway and continuing to grow and delight our users
